1. EVENT DETAILS

• Total Coverage Time: 15 min time slots per group

2. SCOPE OF PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

Photographer agrees to provide event photography services as outlined in the booking invoice, which may include candid, posed, or documentary-style photography.

Client acknowledges that photography is a creative service and that Photographer’s work is based on professional judgment, experience, and artistic style. Client has reviewed Photographer’s portfolio and agrees that the style and aesthetic are acceptable.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC IMAGES

Photographer will make reasonable efforts to capture important moments but does not guarantee the capture of any specific individual, moment, pose, or image.

Photographer shall not be held responsible for missed shots due to:

• Guest interference
• Late arrivals
• Poor lighting conditions
• Venue restrictions
• Schedule delays
• Events occurring outside the agreed coverage time

4. CLIENT COOPERATION

Client agrees to:

• Provide Photographer with reasonable access to the event and venue
• Inform Photographer of any must-have moments in advance
• Ensure that venue staff and guests do not interfere with photography

5. IMAGE DELIVERY & EDITING

• Edited digital images will be delivered to gallery for download within 7 days of the event unless rush delivery fee was paid.
• Editing includes color correction and basic retouching at Photographer’s discretion.
• RAW, unedited files are not provided under any circumstances.

6. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE

Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.

Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered images for personal, non-commercial use only.

Commercial, promotional, or advertising use requires a separate written licensing agreement.

7. MODEL RELEASE

Client grants Photographer permission to use images from the event for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Client may opt out of promotional use by submitting a written request prior to the event date. Please specify upon the signing of this agreement.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

• A non-refundable payment of $95 is required to reserve the slot.
• $95 includes a group of 4- $10 to add to that group up to a group of 8
• 5-10 edits per group for $95
• Full gallery: $30 (20-40 images)
• Rush delivery: $25 get your photos within 24 hours
• Extra edits: $10 per image
• Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services.

9. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Retainers are non-refundable.
• If Client cancels within [7] days of the event, Photographer retains all payments made.
• Rescheduling is subject to Photographer’s availability and may incur additional fees.

10. PHOTOGRAPHER ILLNESS OR EMERGENCY

If Photographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, Photographer will make reasonable efforts to secure a qualified replacement or issue a refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable retainer.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid under this Agreement. Photographer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Photographer shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, venue closures, or other events beyond Photographer’s control.

13. SALES TAX (ILLINOIS)

Client acknowledges that Illinois sales tax may apply to certain services or deliverables in accordance with state law and will be included where required.

14. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within Illinois.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
